Your files

Audio and MIDI files you open on MidiSnap are processed inside your browser. They are not uploaded to our servers or to anyone else, and we cannot see them.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to count visits and a few events, such as "conversion finished" or "MIDI downloaded", together with numbers like the length of the audio and the number of notes. We never send file names, audio or notes. Analytics cookies are only set if you choose "Accept"; if you decline, Google may still receive cookieless, anonymous pings.

Waitlist

If you join a waitlist, we store your email address and which feature you asked about, and use it only to tell you when that feature launches. Email us to have it deleted.
